石娟，1985年，中共党员，汉族，陕西渭南人。西安交通大学管理学院和香港城市大学商学院的联合培养博士，获双博士学位，硕士生导师。研究领域为：社交网络及其用户行为分析、数据挖掘。以第一作者在国际、国内知名学术期刊发表学术论文10余篇，其中包括Internet Research、Applied Soft Computing、Information Technology and Management、PlosOne以及Kybernetes等。在Springer出版英文学术专著一部，主持陕西省自然科学、西安市社会科学、横向课题、中央高校项目共7项课题。曾主持过两项教学项目。承担过的课程有：概率论与数理统计、数据仓库与数据挖掘、大数据科学导论、特征工程入门与实践、大数据行业实践、商务礼仪、电子商务概论、电子商务的前世今生。
